DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
At Mary Pops , we mediate the relationship between product manufacturers and you, our end customer.
Our products are shipped directly from suppliers in the US, Europe and Asia. We work with solid partnerships to offer timeless, quality products.
The average estimated time for product delivery is 7 to 25 days , This may vary due to problems such as postal strikes and other external factors beyond our control.
All purchases include a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 7 business days. Visit the "Track Order" page on our website to track your order. This code makes it possible to track everything from leaving the country of origin to delivery to the indicated address.
Delivery is carried out by the Post Office . However, in situations such as an absent recipient or areas with delivery restrictions, the Post Office may leave a notice to collect the products at the branch closest to the address provided.
As this is an international shipment, the item must be transported to Brazil so that tracking is available on the Correios website. For this reason, it may take a few days for the tracking code to be updated in the system, allowing you to track the product. Don't worry! As soon as the product arrives in Brazil, you will be able to follow everything on the Correios website.
Based on our experience, around 85% of products are delivered within 25 days of posting. We ask that you be careful when filling in the delivery address to ensure that the deadline is met. After 24 hours of placing the order, it will not be possible to change the address or cancel the purchase, as the product is separated for shipping during this period.
If delivery is attempted unsuccessfully by the Post Office and the product remains at the agency for collection, but is not picked up by the recipient, it will be returned to the sender abroad. After confirming the resend, the delivery time and shipping costs will be recalculated.
Please be careful when providing your address. If there is any error during filling and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
There are occasions when an order may be delivered in two or more shipments, especially when items are shipped from different suppliers. In these cases, each shipment will be accompanied by a unique tracking code, allowing you to track each part of your order individually.
When it comes to imported products, it is important to highlight that all merchandise is subject to bureaucratic procedures and possible customs taxes. MARY POPS is responsible for additional costs (fees, charges and taxes) charged by the government.Customers who are taxed have 48 hours to contact us, sending the postal document relating to taxation. In case of resending, a new delivery time will be established.
