Exchange and Return Policy
At Mary Pops, our commitment is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. To request the exchange or return of a product, follow the instructions below:
Conditions for Exchange or Return:
- The deadline for requesting is up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging, without signs of use or consumption, with labels, manuals and accessories intact.
Procedure to Request Exchange or Return:
Send an email to contato@marypops.com stating:
- Product name and order number.
- Email registered at purchase.
- Reason for exchange or return.
- Image or video to prove defect (if applicable).
After confirmation of the return, we will provide the address for returning the product and reimburse the product and shipping costs.
Reimbursement Forms:
- Credit card chargeback: It may take up to two invoices to appear on your statement after the return is complete.
- PIX - Transfer to the customer's account, carried out within 24 hours after confirmation of the return (the transfer will only be made to the customer's account).
Return Policy - Purchase Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please follow these guidelines:
- You have up to 7 days after receiving the product to register your withdrawal, in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Protection Code.
- The product must be returned by post with shipping paid by the customer, in the original packaging, without signs of use and with proof of purchase.
Changing Clothing and Footwear:
We do not carry out exchanges for reasons of inadequate size, in accordance with Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Code. Exchanges are only permitted for defective products.
Defective Products:
If you identify manufacturing flaws:
- Products have a 90-day warranty for natural manufacturing flaws.
- Follow the instructions for returning the product, send it in the original packaging with proof of purchase and a report of the alleged defect.
Defect Analysis:
The evaluation will be carried out by our suppliers within 15 working days after receiving the product.
- Favorable Report: Exchange at no additional cost or choice of another model respecting the credit value.
- Contrary Report: Product returned to the customer without the right to replacement.
Rejection Items:
- Absence of identified defect.
- Improper use, accidental damage or natural wear and tear from use.
Automatic Purchase Cancellation:
Cancellation may occur due to data inconsistency, lack of stock or impossibility of executing the debt. Refunds are made in the situations described in the policy.
