At Mary Pops, we guarantee efficient and safe shipping of products to the address indicated by the customer. To ensure smooth delivery, it is essential that the delivery address is filled in correctly at the time of purchase.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

A Mary Pops is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers during purchase. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, due to the carrier's policy, the package will be returned to the sender abroad. In this case, no further delivery attempts will be made.

Observation: If delivery is not completed due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. It will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee (shipping value + transportation fee) to send the product back.

Please be careful when providing your address. If there is any error during filling and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.

 

Absent Recipient

Please make sure that there will be someone available at the address indicated to receive the order. The Post Office makes up to three delivery attempts. If there is no one to receive the order in these attempts, the package will be sent to the nearest post office. The recipient is responsible for collecting the package at the agency within 7 calendar days. If there is no pick-up, due to the carrier's policy, the package will be returned to the sender abroad, requiring payment of new freight to send the product back.

All details regarding delivery attempts, as well as the address of the pickup agency, will be available when tracking the order. The tracking code is provided for tracking on the Tracking Page of our website.

Processing Deadline

After processing the order and confirming payment, the separation, packaging and shipping processes will begin. This processing time usually lasts from 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping Deadline and Tracking Code

The tracking code will be sent to the email registered when purchasing within 7 business days after processing your order. Visit the "Track Order" page on our website to track your order.

For international shipments, the availability of tracking at the post office depends on transportation to the destination country. This may cause delays in updating the tracking code in the system.

On average, delivery time throughout Brazil varies between 7 and 25 days , subject to the agility of transport services. Unforeseen factors such as strikes, health crises, adverse weather conditions, risk areas or national holidays may prolong product delivery.

Origin of Products

At Mary Pops , we mediate the relationship between product manufacturers and you, our end customer. Our products are shipped directly from suppliers in the Europe and Asia. We work with solid partnerships to offer timeless, quality products.

In some cases, an order may be delivered in separate shipments from different suppliers, each with its own tracking code.

Fees

When it comes to imported products, it is important to highlight that all merchandise is subject to bureaucratic procedures and possible customs taxes for purchases that add up to an equivalent value above 50 dollars. Mary Pops is responsible for additional costs (fees, charges and taxes) charged by the government.
 
Customers who are taxed have 48 hours to contact us, sending the postal document relating to taxation. In case of resending, a new delivery time will be established.
